OBJECTIVE
Partnering with STRAVA,  NIKE aims to create a sleek, modern, and playful, TENs device.
This device must exist within the current/future NIKE brand language, communicate wirelessly with fitness trackers, and provide optimal care for users based on their recorded workout.

INTERNALS
Components consist of negligibly modified internals from the recently acquired AUVON TENS device.
The addition of the 7x7mm ‘Nordic Semiconductor nRF52840’ chip will allow for seamless communication with the fitness tracking app STRAVA
Modification to the buttons will allow for the integration of 'swipe gesture controls' familiar the smartphone users.
CONCEPT
MANUFACTURING
Utilizing a two shot ABS injection molding process (first shot frosted clear, second shot frosted black) giving the housing gains a unique finish that celebrates the internals of the TENS unit while maintaining a modern and  sleek look and feel.
PACKAGING
Utilizing 3D printing, spray paint, and found objects, a scale model was fabricated.
